Scuba Diving with Downbelow and PADI Courses.

I am sometimes asked “Why should we choose to dive with Downbelow” or “Why should we dive PADI” i thought i’d take 5 minutes to put a few responses on the world wide web for all to see :)

Why Choose Downbelow? Service and Safety!

Scuba Diving and PADI Courses - TARP Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Malaysia Borneo

We pride ourself on an exceptional level of service and safety, we adhere to PADI Standards and Procedures at all times and follow British HSE Diving for Work Guidelines.

We have an ALL INCLUSIVE POLICY with NO HIDDEN EXTRA CHARGES !

This means that you pay one price which includes: return transfers from your hotel (KK City including Tanjung Aru & Sutera Harbour), boat transfers, park and jetty fees, equipment, refreshments – free flow water / tea / coffee, freshly cooked lunch and 3 guided boat dives are all included / or the course of your choice (depending on package).

SMALL Group Diving

We limit the amount of people we bring to our dive center everyday and do not overcrowd, this allows us to give personal attention to new divers and experienced divers alike.

FACILITIES

We are island based – located less than 10 minutes by speedboat from central Kota Kinabalu. Nestled on Gaya Island – “Where Rain-forest meets Reef” we are surrounded by tropical ocean and virgin jungles.

All dive sites are just minutes from our paradise location so we return to the dive center after every dive which means non diving family and friends can also come along for the day.

Sipadan Kapalai Dive Resort – Sabah

Wednesday, May 20th, 2009 @ 12:15 Guestbook

Hi Joanne,

My partner and I have just returned from Malaysia and we would just like to say a big thank you to Dive Downbelow! We had a fantastic time at Kapalai, managing 19 dives over 4 full days and 2 half days! We got to dive Sipadan 6 times over 1 full day and half a day! The combination of macro diving around Kapalai and Mabul and the big pelagic fishes at Sipadan was truly amazing!

The whole booking process and experience with Dive Downbelow was extremely easy and was by far the cheapest operator around!

Communication was excellent throughout. Everything went smoothly from the airport pick up, boat transfers and final transfer to the hotel in Tawau! We were even lucky enough to get the water chalet closest to the dive centre at Kapalai. I can’t highly recommend Dive Downbelow enough and will be recommending Dive Downbelow to family and friends and personally for future trips!

Thank you very much!

Kind Regards

Rise Chang and So Chun Mak

Hi Gerry

Thanks for your patience!

Well, I dove 2 times in Sipadan and it was just amazing!!!
Marine environment is different from Kapalai and Mabul, eh? I also liked diving in Kapalai and Mabul especially when I saw a big frog fish which I can only find small one here in Indonesia.

So as Joanna said to me the other day, no regret!!
Say hi to Joanna for me please!

Take care gerry!
