Danish Adventurers’ explore the quaint Bilit village in Sandakan!

Our first Danish Adventure Group visit the small village of Bilit in the Sandakan region of Sabah as part of their 30-Day program to explore beautiful Sabah, Borneo!

The Danes will learn about the different cultures found in Sandakan, as it a cultural melting pot!

Sandakan, which used to be Sabah’s state capital, is a small town rich with history.

During their overnight stay at the Kinabatangan River Lodge, the adventurers’ will partake in various activities with the locals, such as a football match against the local school in Bilit, spotting endemic wildlife on the morning and afternoon river cruises, as well as an evening of cultural dancing!
