PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor Mel teaches the PADI Rescue Diver course to our latest Go PRO intern Jason, and it’s ‘perfect’ weather conditions to learn!

Problems caused by diver error or poor judgment is exacerbated from poor dive conditions. Kota Kinabalu experienced some seasonal wind recently, which creates surge and waves on the waters’ surface. Problems can be avoided with the proper precautions of a prudent dive professional though. Jason will be developing his skills during the PADI Rescue Diver course, so that when he eventually qualifies as a PADI Divemaster, he will confidently assess and resolve a situation.

Local Go Pro intern Danny has already completed his PADI Rescue Diver course and assists Mel for role-play scenarios, and it’s an opportunity for he and Jason to build a friendship too!

Get more details on the PADI Rescue Diver course when you contact one of our members of staff at our Head Office, who will integrate your dive education in a suitable Go PRO internship program and live the dive lifestyle in Borneo!
