Downbelow instructor Mohd Fauzi a.k.a. Pablo had a fun day teaching the Rescue Diver course to his students Paul & Nathaniel on a fine day in Tunku Abdul Rahman Park.

The PADI Rescue Diver course is awesome fun for everyone involved, including the instructor! However the course objectives are really important as it teaches the participants to look beyond themselves and consider the safety and well being of other divers.

This is done via the following course 3 day program outlines;

  • Self-rescue and diver stress.
  • Emergency management and equipment.
  • Panicked diver response.
  • In-water rescue breathing protocols.
  • Egress (exits).
  • Dive accident scenarios.

Find out more about the course on the PADI Rescue Diver Course page.
