Beach Resort Accommodation
Manukan Island’s offers luxurious detached beach chalets accommodation within the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park (TARP), near our very own Beach House Dive & Adventure Center on Gaya Island.
Located only 10 minutes by speedboat from Sutera Harbour Resort who manage the island resort, it’s an idyllic island getaway.
Prices are based on 2 people sharing and the chalets can accommodate 4 people in two separate bedrooms.

Package also includes Buffet Breakfast and is based on 2 person reservation.

Daily Scuba Diving
All dive sites are within a a few minutes from our dive centre on Gaya island, and surface intervals and the lunch break are based here.
You will have time enjoy the primary rain-forest that surrounds our dive station, and perhaps spot some of wildlife inhabiting the island.
Diving includes:
- 3 guided boat dives per day for qualified divers;
- non qualified/beginner divers can join the Discover Scuba Diving Program on the 1st morning, and boat diving with a qualified divemaster/instructor for the remaining afternoon and days;
- return transfers to the jetty and our dive Center on Gaya Island (8 minutes by boat);
- Equipment rental, jetty and park fees;
- freshly cooked lunch;
- free flow tea / coffee / water and refreshments;
Or, for non divers, Snorkeling & Jungle Trekking
Prices are based on Scuba Divers.
However if Scuba diving doesn’t appeal to you, then join the snorkelling and trekking programs instead and pay the Non Diver (ND) price.
Snorkeling & Trekking includes:
- guided snorkeling and trekking for beginners and more experienced guests. Our guides will show you the best spots, keep you safe and point out interests fauna and flora both on land and underwater.
- equipment rental including specialized snorkel vests for non swimmers;
- return transfers to the jetty and our dive Center on Gaya Island (8 minutes by boat);
- Equipment rental, jetty and park fees;
- freshly cooked lunch;
- free flow tea / coffee / water and refreshments;

1 Night / 1 Day Diving: RM 640.00 per person (minus RM 190.00 for non divers)
3 Nights / 2 Days Diving: RM 1,925.00 per person (minus RM 190.00 for non divers)
4 Nights / 2 Days Diving: RM 2,350.00 per person (minus RM 190.00 for non divers)
4 Nights / 3 Days Diving: RM 2,640.00 per person (minus RM 250.00 for non divers)
5 Nights / 3 Days Diving: RM 3,065.00 per person (minus RM 250.00 for non divers)
5 Nights / 4 Days Diving: RM 3,365.00 per person (minus RM 320.00 for non divers)
Prices are NETT and include hotel government and service tax.
Daily return transfers to our Dive Centre from Manukan Island Jetty are included.
Peak season surcharges may apply Rm 25 per person / per night.
